One of the most useful tools in training your staff is a Mystery Shopper. They can point out the strengths of your staff’s presentation, or selling skills, and also the weaknesses they need to work on.

In the past this has always consisted of phoning, or sending someone into a branch to test your staff and then preparing a written report for review. Sometimes a written report can’t capture the full extent of the presentation and what is really required to improve performance.
